My personal journey has led me from Humanistic Counselling and Hypnotherapy through Metamorphic Technique to Reflexology, Reiki and Indian Head Massage.

This broadening and deepening of knowledge and abilities has not only been personally fulfilling, but also therapeutic in that I am assisting my clients on several levels.

One result is that I deeply enjoy my work, which I see reflected in the smile of my clients as they give me feedback at the end of each therapy session.
